THE ROLE

Located at Capri on Via Roma on the Isle of Capri, Edgewater Dining & Lounge pairs modern Australian cuisine with fresh, seasonal flavours, curated cocktails and a relaxed, social atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our energetic team and help create memorable experiences for every guest. If you love hospitality, know your food and wine, and thrive in a lively restaurant workplace, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Take orders accurately and confidently explain menu items and specials.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care.





What You’ll Bring

- At least two years’ restaurant experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality dining service standards.
- A genuine passion for food, wine and outstanding guest service.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach.

Please note: This is a casual role requiring weekday and weekend availability.
