We are currently recruiting for hospitality professional with 2 plus years of restaurant experience. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.

- Wine knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be able to carry three plates

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience




- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour

Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and current RSA.
