About the role

We are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to join the team at both our Stores, Malvern and Toorak. This is a Casual or Part-Time Position. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining and drinking experience whilst supporting the smooth operation of our venue.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

- Taking orders accurately and efficiently

- Processing payments and handling transactions accurately

- Responding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism and grace

- Maintaining knowledge of food

- Supporting the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow

- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Restocking supplies and maintaining an organised work environment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality or a customer-facing role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure

- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to obtain certification

- Positive attitude,

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
