Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at Prospect Hotel Motel.

Offering approximately 25 hours per week, this role suits someone who can step confidently into bar and bistro service and enjoys looking after a busy local crowd.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver fast, friendly service across the bar and bistro
- Take orders and keep food and drink service moving during busy trade
- Welcome customers and get to know the regulars
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and well presented
- Follow RSA, safety and venue procedures

What we’re looking for

- Recent food and beverage experience in a pub, bar, club or busy restaurant
- A current NSW RSA
- An interest in building your skills across other areas of the venue
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
- A reliable, upbeat approach and willingness to support the wider team
