Our small but skilled team on the floor are looking for one more person to help them continue delivering high quality service, exceptional coffee, and a lasting positive impression on our guests!

As a supervisor your role contributes to the overall management and operation of the daily activities of our venue.

A few must haves for this role include:

- Efficient team player that shows respect to co-workers and managers
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful.
- Exceptional coffee knowledge and ability to operate a coffee machine
- Capability to train and mentor new staff with respect and tolerance in all aspects of floor service and coffee service.

About the role

Reporting to our Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for production of coffee beverages, tea, and other beverages, running food and beverage,



clearing tables and taking orders.

The general responsibilities of the role include:

- Maintain quality and efficiency of our table service at a high standard
- Ensure that the bar operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Foster sound relationships with front of house staff and kitchen staff
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
- Report all equipment breakdowns or failures to management
- Ordering of coffee, milk, consumables and other items as needed
- Training of new recruits
- Execution of cleaning schedule
- Any other duties as required by the Director.
