About APX Performance Lab www.apxperformancelab.com

APX Performance Lab is a Melbourne-based athletic development company built specifically for footballers (soccer). We train youth players in speed, agility, strength and change of direction, using a clear methodology built on force transfer, anti-rotation and unilateral strength.

Our coaches have played and coached at NPL, VPL, professional and US college level. Our brand and audience bring in the athletes. We’re now looking for more coaches to work with them.

The role

You’ll deliver 1:1 and small group sessions (2 to 4 athletes) to youth footballers at locations across [areas]. Sessions are on the pitch, in your boots, with athletes who want to be there.

APX handles all bookings, scheduling, client communication and payments. You turn up and coach. You won’t be handed a script. You’ll learn the APX principles and then build each session around the athlete in front of you.
