Our client seeks an experienced Forklift Operator/Stock Picker who will play a critical operational role in maintaining seamless materials flow across their logistics, raw ingredient staging, and outbound dispatch. Operating modern double reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts within their high-density storage facility, the successful candidate will ensure total inventory precision, high safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- High reach forklift operation
- Raw Materials supply.
- Stock Picking and Order Prep
- Container loading
- Inbound Receipting
- Cold-Chain and Food Safety - maintain clean as-you-go standards across both ambient and chilled spaces.

Required Skills &

- Experience
- Forklift Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ operating double reach trucks (high-reach) in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
- FMCG / Food &
- Beverage: Background in temperature-controlled, cold-chain, or FMCG food and beverage logistics.
- Container Packing:



Practical experience in 20’ & 40’ reefer container packing, axle-weight balancing, and transport load restraint.
- Quality &
- Accuracy: Exceptional accuracy in stock counts, batch verification, and safe handling of fragile glass-bottled inventory.

Qualifications, Licences &

- Environment
- Licences: Valid Victorian High Risk Work Licence (LF) mandatory.
- Food Safety: Basic Food Safety &
- Hygiene certification (e.g., HACCP / Food Safety Handler) preferred.
- Environment &
- Availability: Comfortable occasionally working in refrigerated areas (4°C) and available for weekday shifts.
- Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.
