This is your opportunity as a Forklift Operator/Storeperson to join our Morning Shift team at Orchard Hills.

The Role

You’ll be a key driver on the floor who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes initiative and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Coordinate daily floor activities, support team members and keep production on track.
- Set up and operate packing machinery to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with manual handling, packing and general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workplace safety.
- Identify and address operational issues to minimise delays and maintain workflow.

What We're Looking For

- Current High Risk Work Licence (LF forklift).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing facility or similar environment.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.




- Proactive, reliable and committed, with a robust work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
- Reliable transport and availability to start at 6:00am.
- Valid Australian working rights.

Working Hours

- Early morning starts from 6:00am.
- Shifts of approximately 7–10 hours per day.
- Up to 5–6 days per week, depending on seasonal demand and operational requirements.
