Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator

Knoxfield | 3am–11am | Monday to Saturday

Our client processes and distributes food and other supplies to restaurants and hotels. They’re looking for an experienced warehouse storeperson with a counterbalance forklift licence and experience to join their Knoxfield team.

You’ll work across the freezer, chiller and dry goods warehouse, picking orders and getting deliveries ready for dispatch. You must be available to work all six days, Monday to Saturday, starting at 3am.

Hourly rates

- 3am–5am: $47.07

- 5am–11am: $36.78

- Overtime: $47.07 at time and a half; $61.78 at double time

- Saturday: $51.49 for the first two hours, then $66.20

Your duties

- Pick and prepare orders across chilled, frozen and dry goods.

- Move stock around the site using a counterbalance forklift.

- Order stock as required.



Phone the milko at 4am and order for the day.

- Prepare loads for drivers.

What you’ll need

- Warehouse experience picking and preparing orders, preferably in food distribution.

- A current forklift licence and experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

- The ability to work in freezer and chiller conditions.

- Availability for all six shifts each week.

- Reliable attendance, punctuality and positive references.

- Clear communication and the ability to follow instructions.

- The ability to safely lift up to 25kg as required.
