responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Perth, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Assembling, installing, and dismantling formwork systems for concrete structures including slabs, walls, columns, and beams Reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and project specifications Setting out, aligning, bracing, and levelling formwork to meet engineering and quality requirements Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials accurately using appropriate tools and equipment Operating hand tools, power tools,



and machinery safely and efficiently Ensuring all work complies with WHS regulations, relevant building codes, and company standards Working across various construction sites and coordinating with site teams to support smooth project delivery Qualification &

experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Formwork Carpenter or in a similar construction role Certificate III in Carpentry or a related trade (preferred but not essential) Sound knowledge of timber, conventional, or modular formwork systems Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions Competency in the use of carpentry tools and construction equipment Valid White Card (mandatory) Robust work ethic, reliability, and a safety-focused attitude About Company BLUE MGL PTY LTD is a Perth-based construction company specialising in formwork carpentry and reinforcement works across residential, commercial, and civil projects.
