Talent Connect is currently recruiting for a Front of House Coordinator to join a professional Adelaide CBD organisation on a week temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in corporate hospitality, reception, events or premium customer service who enjoys working in a polished and fast-paced environment.

The role

Working as part of the Administration team, you'll help ensure the office runs smoothly and provide a high level of service to clients, visitors and internal teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating meeting and boardroom spaces, ensuring rooms are set up and presented to a high standard
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors throughout their time in the office
- Organising refreshments, catering and beverage requirements for meetings and events
- Maintaining staff kitchen and coffee facilities
- Monitoring and replenishing catering and office hospitality supplies
- Supporting the Office Manager with internal events and functions
- Providing general administrative and office support as required

About you We're looking for someone who is professional,



personable and naturally service-focused.

You will ideally bring

- Previous experience in corporate hospitality, reception, events or a similar client-facing environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
- A proactive and positive approach to your work
