We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Casuals to join our growing team at The Kitchen at Bec Hardy, one of McLaren Vale's leading food, wine and tourism destinations.

This is primarily a weekend role, with additional shifts available during school holidays, special events and busy seasonal periods.

Combining award-winning wines, a thriving Cellar Door, The Kitchen at Bec Hardy and the stunning Tipsy Hill Estate, we're focused on delivering outstanding hospitality experiences in one of Australia's premier wine regions.

About The Role

As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play an key role in creating exceptional guest experiences across both our restaurant and tasting room operations.

Responsibilities include

- Welcoming and hosting guests

- Table service and food delivery

- Assisting with wine tastings

- Promoting food, wine and tourism experiences

- Processing sales through our Point of Sale system

- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the venue

- Opening and closing duties as required

- Supporting events and special functions

About You

You'll be someone who





- Genuinely enjoys working with people

- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

- Is reliable, positive and proactive

- Works well as part of a team

- Has previous hospitality or Front of House experience

- Has an interest in food and wine

- Is available to work weekends

Essential Requirements

- Previous hospitality or Front of House experience

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- Reliable transport to and from McLaren Vale

Availability

- Weekend availability is essential

- Additional weekday shifts may be available during peak periods

- Occasional evening events and functions

- Flexibility during spring, summer and event periods highly regarded
