We’re looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Pony Boy!
We’re after someone who can lead by example, support our team and help deliver exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage busy services and support the FOH team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
- A positive, hands-on attitude
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Current RSA certificate
