Full-time Cooks Required

We are looking for full-time cooks to join our team.

Successful applicants are expected to assist the company’s business revenue growth through the delivery of authentic Asian cuisines.

Duties will include

· Prepare and cook a variety of Malaysian and Asian-style dishes in accordance with established recipes and customer orders.

· Inspect the quality and freshness of ingredients, and prepare meat, vegetables, rice, soups, sauces and other food items for daily cooking.

· Apply appropriate cooking techniques, including steaming, stir-frying, deep-frying and simmering, while seasoning dishes to achieve consistent flavour and quality.

· Monitor and adjust cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is properly cooked and presented.

· Portion, assemble and garnish dishes, ensuring consistent presentation and quality before serving.

· Prepare ingredients and food items in advance to support efficient kitchen operations during busy trading periods.





· Prepare meals according to customers' dietary requirements and preferences, where applicable.

· Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients and assist with ordering food supplies when required.

· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, cooking facilities and food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

· Assist in training and supervising kitchen hands in food preparation, cooking procedures and safe food handling practices.

Salary: $79,500.00 to $85,000.00 /year

Skills and Experience

· AQF Certificate III in Cookery or at least two years of relevant Asian restaurant work experience

· Valuable team work spirit

· Asian cultural background preferred
