About the Role

We're currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and are seeking a long-term career within a supportive workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a positive and professional patient experience. Working at the centre of a busy multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

No two days are the same. You'll assist patients, manage appointments, support our clinical team, and help ensure every person who contacts GO2 Health feels welcomed, respected, and cared for. This role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and consistently deliver outstanding service.

GO2 Health operates extended opening hours from 7:00am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, providing accessible healthcare services to our growing patient community.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming front desk experience

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls

- Book, confirm and coordinate patient appointments

- Support veterans and vulnerable patients with empathy and professionalism





- Process patient enquiries and administrative requests

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Utilise practice management software and CRM systems effectively

- Liaise with clinicians and allied health professionals to support coordinated patient care

- Contribute to productive daily clinic operations

- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
