Gaming, Bar & Food and Beverage Attendants | Casual

We're looking for friendly, reliable and customer focused hospitality staff to work across our gaming room, bars and bistro.

We're seeking team players who enjoy working with people, deliver great service and are happy to assist across different areas of the venue.

What We're Looking For:

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

- Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) for gaming duties

- Previous hospitality or gaming experience preferred, but not essential

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Licensed Crowd Controller | Full Time

We're seeking a professional, reliable and approachable Licensed Crowd Controller to help maintain a safe and welcoming workplace. With relatively few security incidents, this role focuses on prevention, positive patron engagement and supporting the broader venue team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a visible, friendly and professional presence

- Monitor patron behaviour and manage potential issues proactively

- Ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing requirements

- Work closely with management and assist with general venue duties during quieter periods

Qualifications Required:

- Queensland Crowd Controller Security Licence

- Certificate II in Security Operations

- Current RSA

Full-time position with a varied roster covering days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
