Whiddon is seeking a Care Services Manager for a 63-bed Residential Aged Care home in Moree. The role requires strong clinical leadership, RN registration, and prior senior/ supervisory experience in aged care.

You will drive clinical services, ensure compliance with standards, and support budgeting and development across the site. The successful candidate will bring leadership, people management, and a proactive approach to continuous quality improvement within a team-focused workplace.
