About the role

Support two General Insurance Account Managers with a portfolio of varied clients. Manage day-to-day policy administration including processing renewals, endorsements and policy alterations, preparing documentation and insurance schedules, and liaising with insurers and clients. Assist with new business, quotations, and claim follow ups where required.

Key responsibilities

About you

- Previous General Insurance Broking experience

- Tier 1 (General Insurance Broking) qualification or working towards this qualification (not essential but highly advantageous)

- Strong knowledge of policy processing, renewals, endorsements and client servicing

- Experience using Insight, SCTP (essential)

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- High attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously in a remote workplace
