We are currently seeking an experienced defence Personal Injury lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PAE to join our team acting for major NSW Government agencies on general liability and personal injury defence work. The role may also include a smaller component of institutional abuse claims, with the potential for some privacy, employment, and discrimination-related matters.

This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys a predominantly general liability/personal injury defence practice and wants genuine autonomy,



with a manageable file load and the guidance of supervising partners when needed. You'll be exposed to large, complex matters for government clients, with the opportunity to broaden into adjacent areas of law over time.

Ideally you will have a background in civil litigation, robust client management skills, and an interest in acting for government and insurer clients. The firm is able to offer a generous salary package, quick and transparent promotion and flexible working arrangements.
