We're partnering with a well-known ASX-listed organisation seeking a commercially minded finance leader to take ownership of the Finance function across its Australian and New Zealand Wholesale & Inbound businesses.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end finance function across the ANZ Wholesale & Inbound businesses
- Own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Deliver commercial insights that support strategic decision making
- Present financial results to senior leadership
- Lead,



coach and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency initiatives and key finance projects

About you

You may already be operating at GM Finance level, or you're a Finance Manager who knows you're ready for the next step.

You'll bring

✔ CA/CPA qualifications

✔ Strong technical and commercial finance capability

✔ Proven leadership experience

✔ Exceptional stakeholder management skills

✔ The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Experience gained within Big 4 or mid-tier environments will be highly regarded.

⚠️ Please note: This role requires five days per week in the office and will suit someone who enjoys being highly visible within the business, leading teams in person and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
