Summary:

The Gold Room Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the gold processing operations within our mining facility in Mount Morgan, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring the efficient and protected processing of gold, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage resources, and contribute to the overall success of our mining operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily gold processing operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Lead and manage a team of operators, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the gold room to ensure adherence to operational protocols.




- Collaborate with other departments to optimise production and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of production data and reports.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the gold processing area.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mining or processing industry.
