Graduate D365 Finance Functional Consultant iRectify | Sydney, NSW | Full-time

About iRectify iRectify is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy delivering implementation, support and recovery services for organisations across Australia and the region. We’re known for turning around complex D365 projects, and we’re growing our Finance & Operations practice.

The opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an accounting graduate who wants to build a career in financial systems advisory. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects, learn how finance processes come to life in an ERP, and develop into an expert in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What you’ll do

- Support the design, configuration and testing of D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets and Budgeting
- Take part in client workshops to understand finance processes and requirements
- Help document functional designs, business process flows and test scripts
- Assist with data migration, reconciliations and user acceptance testing
- Provide day-to-day support to clients, troubleshooting finance-related issues
- Prepare training materials and help train end users
- Keep building your D365 expertise through hands-on project work and Microsoft certification

About you

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce




- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems, such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Business Central, MYOB or Xero
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and core finance processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Transparent communication, and confidence working with clients
- A strong interest in building a career in financial systems and D365

Strongly preferred

- At least 1 year of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience, OR a Microsoft D365 F&O; certification (e.g. MB-310 Finance Functional Consultant Associate)

Highly regarded

- Experience on an ERP implementation or support project
- Progress towards CA or CPA
