/n Role and Responsibilities:/n

- Proactively service and support contractor and supplier clients

/n

- Deliver software training via phone, video, and in-person

/n

- Manage inbound enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions

/n

- Handle account management functions, including invoicing and collections

/n

- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives

/n

- Analyse processes and suggest continuous improvement opportunities

/n You'll start in a customer service role (approx. 18-24 months) with a clear plan to progress into business development, account management, and software sales./n

/n

What we're looking for:/n

/n /n

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)

/n

- 0-5 years' experience in customer service, call centre, or sales

/n

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

/n

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

/n

- Proficient in MS Office and email applications

/n

- Energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in SaaS and Business Development
