Home Health Rehab is a mobile physiotherapy and occupational therapy team delivering care across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. We’re seeking a physiotherapist to join 2–3 days per week, with adaptable days and no weekends. See real functional gains, with admin support and mentoring from experienced clinicians.

Travel to Geelong and regular travel to Lara; home visits and community settings. Bachelor of Physiotherapy with AHPRA, 2+ years experience, and current Police Check required.
