ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a packaging-focused Graphic Designer with a creative flair to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a great opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping how our products show up on shelf, bringing together creativity, strategy, and technical know-how to deliver packaging that really stands out.

Packaging will be a big focus in this role. You’ll take the lead on designing and developing innovative, consumer-focused packaging, while also contributing to a wider range of creative work including digital assets, point-of-sale materials, and consumer communications collateral.

You’ll be part of a team-oriented design team that values fresh ideas, solid attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work. We’re looking for someone with solid packaging experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on how our products and brand come to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

- Contribute creative input and support the design, development, and execution of product packaging, point-of-sale materials, marketing collateral, planogram services, advertising, digital assets, and corporate promotional materials, in collaboration with the Project Manager,



as required to meet current business needs.

- Gather data, information and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines that you are assigned to.

- Develop, design and layout concepts based on notes, presentations, style guides and other provided materials. This will include the creation of dielines for product packaging requirements.

- Illustrate, augment and/or design concepts with rough layouts.

- Gain design approval through the submission of rough arrangements and layouts with appropriate project stakeholders.

- Edit and produce final layouts for final approval to agreed deadlines and agreed expectations ensuring proof reading and detailed checking of work.

- Prepare finished copy or final layouts.

- Update websites and social media as and when required as well as carrying out content uploads to various websites.

- Actively participate in innovation generation for the future expansion of the business.

- Support the QA & Design Manager in providing structure, controls, training, mentoring and development to the Philippines graphic design team.

- Maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge through design workshops and reviewing professional publications etc.

- Work with the team to provide a high level of service.

- Any other design tasks as required.





SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience (portfolio from the past 12 months is required).

- Well-developed Adobe Creative Suite skills with photography experience.

- 3-5 years relevant experience in graphic design either in house or with an agency servicing FMCG clients.

- At least 3 years of that experience should be in packaging with an understanding of print production processes, materials, and packaging constraints.

- Robust verbal and written English language skills.

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Energy, enthusiasm and results orientation with a hands-on style & the willingness to own the end result.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
