As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services and skilled advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Consulting with clients regarding hairstyles, colouring and hair treatment requirements.
- Cutting, trimming, shaping and styling hair using professional hairdressing techniques.
- Performing hair colouring, highlights, lowlights and other colour services.
- Providing keratin, Brazilian, collagen, smoothing and conditioning treatments.
- Shampooing, conditioning and treating hair and scalp using appropriate products.
- Performing blow-drying, straightening, curling and other styling services.
- Maintaining high standards of salon hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Providing excellent customer service and recommending suitable hair-care products and treatments.
About you
- Relevant Hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Hairdresser in a commercial salon.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional presentation and a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
