The Point Bar & Grill is located on the picturesque Swan River in Perth and is synonymous with fabulous food , service and entertainment.

We are currently seeking a motivated Head Chef with a hands-on approach to lead our professional and friendly kitchen in our flagship Point Bar & Grill .

The applicant must have a strong back ground in all facets of a busy kitchen, must be able to work unsupervised, have solid leadership skills. The applicant will need a sound knowledge of produce costing, stock control and stock taking.

An attractive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 package is available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate must have:

- Experience of being a head chef in busy venues with contactable references.





- The ability to work under pressure and remain calm in all circumstances

- Presentable & approachable with a stable work history

- Strong knowledge of food costings and recoveries.

- Great organizational skills
