Rener Health Products is a leading Western Australian distributor of natural medicines and alternative healthcare products, supporting health practitioners and retailers nationwide. Representing more than 250 brands and over 8,000 products, it is recognised for its specialist knowledge, personalised service and strong commitment to practitioner education.

Rener Health Products was recently acquired by Team Medical Supplies, an Australian-owned, family-founded healthcare distribution business supplying medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals and vaccines nationally. Team Medical Supplies intends to preserve Rener Health Products’ identity and operating strengths while providing the infrastructure and commercial support required for further growth.

The Prospect

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to help shape the next chapter of Rener Health Products. Reporting to the CEO of Team Medical Supplies, the Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function while protecting the relationships, knowledge and practices that have contributed to the business’s success.

Working through a structured six-month handover with the current Head of Marketing and previous owner, you will progressively take responsibility for the marketing team, budget, campaign calendar, supplier commitments, education programs, events and key relationships.

The handover will provide the opportunity to understand the people, customers, suppliers, products and practices behind the success of Rener Health Products. At the same time, you will be expected to maintain momentum, identify opportunities and introduce well-considered ideas as your knowledge of the business grows.

About You





You will be an experienced marketing leader who combines strategic perspective with a willingness to remain close to the work. You understand how to lead people, manage competing priorities and connect marketing activity to customer engagement, retention and meaningful commercial outcomes.

Warm, credible and approachable, you will be proactive without being disruptive, confident without ego and capable of balancing fresh thinking with respect for the knowledge and relationships already within the business. You will be hands-on, adaptable and comfortable contributing as an active member of a close-knit leadership team. Product-based industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
