We invite expressions of interest for the Head of Operations – Project Restore role (12 month fixed term contract).

This opportunity will lead Project Restore’s operational delivery and oversee the day-to-day operations.

About the opportunity

You will translate approved remediation commitments into safe, disciplined delivery, with end-to-end accountability for performance, controls, capacity and member outcomes. You will remove barriers, manage risk and provide explicit advice to executive and governance forums.

Key responsibilities

- Lead Project Restore’s operational delivery through to member resolution, payment, evidence and closure.
- Maintain a disciplined operating model across performance, capacity, quality, cost, risk and controls.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team with clear accountability and high standards.
- Deliver fair,



consistent and timely member outcomes, including oversight of complex cases and complaints.
- Provide clear reporting and promptly escalate risks and decisions.
- Build scalable capability and sustainable operational improvements.

About you

You are an experienced senior operational leader with sound judgement and a strong risk and control mindset. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are essential, with remediation, claims, regulated operations or health experience highly regarded.
