The Health and Safety Manager is a full-time role based in Perth, WA with a hybrid work arrangement, combining an office presence with some work-from-home flexibility.

The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across TGP’s operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting on HSE performance.





The Health and Safety Manager will design and deliver safety training, promote a strong safety culture, and collaborate with operational teams, contractors, and leadership to identify improvements and mitigate risks.

The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, preparing documentation for certifications or regulatory reviews, and providing expert guidance on occupational health and safety matters in a logistics and project workplace.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

- Demonstrated experience in a Health and Safety or HSE management role

- Strong knowledge of Australian work health and safety legislation and risk management practices

- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operational teams, contractors and senior leadership

- Confidence working across both office and project/site environments
- The ability and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Australia

- Experience within transport, logistics, projects or a related industry is preferred but not essential
