We're seeking fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics interested in full-time, permanent opportunities at our workshops across Victoria.

Working across our diverse fleet of heavy vehicles, you'll be involved in servicing, preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to keep our operations moving.

Whether you're an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic or a trade-qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic interested in transitioning into heavy vehicles, we'd love to hear from you.

Who are we looking for?

We're particularly interested in mechanics who:
- Hold a completed Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent heavy vehicle/diesel mechanic trade qualification).
- Have experience in servicing,



diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles, including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Have solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Take pride in their workmanship and approach safety as a priority.
- Are dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Can reliably travel to and from our workshops, which are often located in industrial areas with limited public transport options.

Only 1% of diesel motor mechanics in Australia are women (Jobs and Skills Australia, ABS 2021 Census). We're looking to change that and particularly encourage applications from women and non-binary people. Already qualified as a Light Vehicle Mechanic?
