RSPCA Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Claims Consultant to join our Claims team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work directly with pet owners, veterinarians, and stakeholders to ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.

You will assess, review veterinary reports and invoices, determine eligibility, and liaise with clinics to gather information. Robust communication, attention to detail, and empathy are essential.
