HammondCare in North Turramurra is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our residential aged care team for night shifts. The role focuses on person-centred, relationship-based care for residents in a supportive, consultative setting.

You will work with management and carers to deliver tailored care, advise staff, mentor in clinical processes, and participate in case management with clinical decision making, using LeeCare for reporting.
