Our core business includes the hire and sale of compaction & construction equipment with associated servicing and the supply of parts and transport services. /n /n Conplant’s success and stability in market has led to the need for a Hire Controller/Branch Administrator, to join our Coffs Harbour team. /n /n Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you will organise the timely provision of hire equipment to customer sites.

As Hire

Controller/Branch Administrator, you will also undertake a range of responsive branch administrative support services to ensure effective day to day branch operations. /n /n You will also: /n • Timely respond to customer requests regarding the hire of equipment, completing all appropriate processes and documentation to facilitate safe and efficient hire activities. /n • Organise the despatch, transportation and return of hire equipment via internal Drivers and/or external logistics specialists. /n • Ensure that all legal and internal protocol, including vehicle registration and toll tags are actioned. /n • Undertake reporting capturing delivery data and required information to support the wider Operations team. /n • Act as a central point of contact at Reception or by telephone to ensure that Conplant’s customers and suppliers receive professional, prompt, and consistent initial /n responses.



/n • Respond to breakdown calls obtaining all appropriate customer information, initiating action with the Workshop Manager and wider Operations team. /n • Organise all associated work and purchase orders associated with hire fleet scheduled services, general services and major repairs completing all associated /n administration. /n • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service. /n • Practical experience of workplace health and safety legislation. /n • An organised, methodical approach with the ability to follow well established safety procedures is essential. /n • Attention to detail. /n • A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness and ability to work as part of a small team. /n • Ability to utilise bespoke company IT system on an android tablet. /n /n What’s in it for me? /n • We invest in you, because you’re worth it. /n • Personal and career development opportunities. /n • Health & wellness initiatives. /n • A stable, growing business spanning more than 6 decades of high-performance operation. /n /n All Conplant employees are subject to Police Checks.
