About the Role Help older Australians live independently and comfortably in their own homes!

We are looking for caring and reliable Qualified Home Care Workers to join our West Moreton team, supporting clients across Ipswich, Laidley and Boonah.

If you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and enjoy making a genuine difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you! Previous experience and medication competency will be highly regarded.

As a Home Care Worker, You Will

- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with everyday household tasks, including light cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
- Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.
- Encourage independence, dignity and wellbeing through personalised care.
- Build positive relationships with clients while respecting their individual needs and preferences.

You will be part of a supportive team, with ongoing training and guidance to help you succeed in your role.

What We are Looking For

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting older people, is reliable and brings a positive, caring attitude to their work.
- Completed Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Valid Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing respectful, person-centred care.

Highly Regarded





- Medication competency and experience supporting clients with medication.
- Previous experience in home care or aged care.
