What we are looking for:

Now hiring Home Care Workers to support clients across the Gold Coast North (up to Ormeau), Gold Coast Central, Gold Coast South (including Tweed Heads and Currumbin Valley), Moreton and Sunshine Region. We are looking for individuals who

- Have a genuine interest and respect for our diverse senior community's unique personalities, history, and values.
- Possess a compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring nature.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills.
- Are self-motivated with a positive work ethic, committed to delivering client-focused care in the comfort of their homes.
- Display a warm and friendly attitude, consistently reliable and always honest.
- Adheres to protected work practices and understands and respects professional boundaries.
- Preferred: Ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish in addition to English, to support clients from similar cultural backgrounds.

About the role:

Our services are tailored to suit the needs of our clients and may include:

- Personal Care
- Companion Care
- Domestic Assistance
- In-Home Respite
- Transportation
- Meal Preparation




- Dementia Care
- Social Support (including shopping assistance and outings)

What you will need:

- Hold any of the relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support and Aged Care or Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification
- A current open Australian driver's license
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
