About the opportunity An established Sydney hospitality group is expanding its portfolio with multiple new venues across the restaurant, café and fast-casual dining sectors.

We are seeking highly experienced, motivated and commercially minded hospitality professionals to join our expansion.

This opportunity is suited to individuals who have successfully managed hospitality venues and are ready to take the next step in their careers, whether through senior management or potential business ownership.

Opportunities available

Business Partner / Owner-Operator

- Potential equity ownership of up to 50%
- Majority of startup capital provided by the group
- Opportunity to contribute capital and build long-term equity
- Full operational responsibility with business support

- Equity terms negotiated individually

General Manager / Operations Manager

- Competitive salary package based on experience
- Leadership of a new hospitality venue

Ideal candidates

- Proven hospitality management or ownership experience
- Strong financial and operational knowledge




- Experience in labour management, stock control and cost optimisation
