About the role

Quest Innaloo is seeking Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role based at our property in Innaloo, WA 6018, where you will play a vital part in maintaining our accommodation standards and ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming setting. Your work will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard, including changing linens, making beds and sanitising bathrooms

- Performing daily housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping and polishing throughout the property

- Restocking guest amenities, toiletries and supplies in rooms and communal areas

- Inspecting rooms for damage or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly to management

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of storage areas and housekeeping equipment

- Following health, safety and hygiene protocols and using cleaning products safely and correctly

- Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and targets

- Responding to guest requests for additional cleaning or services in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working as a housekeeper in a hospitality setting or similar environment

- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

- Physical fitness and ability to carry out repetitive tasks and lift heavy items safely





- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules

- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues

- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and best practices in housekeeping

- Reliability and flexibility with your availability, including willingness to work diverse shifts as required
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred
