About Our Client

Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees across a range of people-related matters.

Assist with employee relations matters, including performance conversations, employee concerns, policy guidance, and workplace issues.

Support recruitment activities from briefing through to onboarding new employees.

Partner with leaders to provide practical advice and coaching on people management matters.

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, and other employee lifecycle activities.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date.

Assist with the review and update of HR policies, procedures, and templates.

Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support across HR initiatives and projects.

Help coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.





Build strong relationships across the organisation and provide a responsive, solutions-focused HR service.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years experience in a generalist HR role.

Experience providing advice across employee relations, performance management, policies, and people matters.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

Confident managing competing priorities and working in a busy environment.

Robust communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
