An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team at HUGO BOSS. Based within our Cremorne support office, the role will be responsible for executing the HUGO BOSS people strategies in partnership with key business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Managing and advising on employment relation issues

· Providing coaching and support on people matters to the retail team

· Leading key projects to support the delivery of human resource initiatives

· Providing end to end recruitment support

· Conducting workplace investigations





SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Prior experience within a generalist HR advisory role

· Tertiary qualifications or similar study within Human Resources field

· Proven experience managing end to end recruitment

· Sound knowledge of employment legislation

· Prior experience managing workers compensation claims

· Proficient written & verbal communication skills

· Robust time management & problem solving skills
