Wash It Australia is looking for an experienced HR Truck Driver / Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who is energetic, physically capable, takes initiative and enjoys getting involved rather than sitting on the sidelines.

The successful person will primarily be responsible for driving, but will also assist our wash team when required and step up to help coordinate and lead the team on site.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, take on responsibility and develop into a leadership/management position. This is our 3-6 month plan.

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a current HR driver's licence
- Has previous HR truck driving experience
- Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Has a strong work ethic and enjoys staying active
- Wants to progress and grow within the business
- Is interested in developing into a leadership/management role
- Is happy to jump in and assist the wash team when required
- Takes initiative and doesn't need constant supervision
- Is reliable, practical and a good communicator
- Can lead and coordinate a team
- Takes pride in their work and has a "get stuck in" attitude




- Is keen to take on additional responsibility as they develop

The role will involve:
- Driving HR vehicles as required
- Assisting the wash team during busy periods
- Leading and coordinating the team on site
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard
- Helping manage the day-to-day operation
- Identifying issues and taking initiative to resolve them

This is NOT a "just drive the truck" role. We're looking for someone who wants to get involved, lead from the front and grow with the business.

Employment pathway:

Casual to commence → 3-month probationary period → chance to transition to full-time employment.
