Join an expanding industrial operation as an HSE Officer, supporting safe and compliant site operations. This temporary role offers an immediate start, strong hourly rate and full time hours on site in Currumbin.

Your new role

Based on site five days per week, you will strengthen safety practices across daily operations. Your focus will include risk reduction, legislative compliance and practical support for employees and contractors.You will work closely with operational leaders to improve safety awareness, manage incidents and maintain accurate HSE reporting.Key Responsibilities

- Complete site inspections, safety audits and hazard assessments.
- Investigate incidents and identify practical root causes.
- Track corrective actions through to completion.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
- Review high-risk permits for heights, hot work and confined spaces.
- Maintain incident registers, training records and HSE reports.
- Support emergency drills, fire warden coverage and first aid readiness.
- Build strong safety awareness across employees and contractors.

What you'll need to succeed





- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or a related qualification.
- Two to three years of practical HSE experience.
- Experience within construction, manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and codes of practice.
- Exposure to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Experience completing audits, investigations and risk assessments.
- Confidence engaging workers, contractors and senior stakeholders.
- Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card.
- Availability to start immediately and work on site in Currumbin.
