ABOUT THE COMPANY. Upper North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources function of Council.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and P&C; leadership team, managing general HR administrative duties and demonstrating a high level of customer service across Council and for external stakeholders. Exciting project upcoming for you to play a key role in.

DUTIES.

- Uploading documents to the internal document management system
- Day-to-day compiling, filing and processing HR documents/letters
- Ad-hoc assistance to the HR Business Partner as required
- Answering enquiries by internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills




- Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude/demeanour

REMUNERATION.

$50 - $65 p/h Superannuation CULTURE.
