Forrestania Resources

Perth

Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX: FRS) is a Western Australian gold company advancing towards production through a growing portfolio of gold projects across the Forrestania, Southern Cross and Eastern Goldfields regions.

Following the completion of its acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project in September 2026, FRS now holds a combined global gold Mineral Resource of approximately 2,078,000 ounces. The acquisition adds an established 2.9Mtpa CIL processing plant near Westonia, giving the Company a second processing hub in Western Australia alongside its Lake Johnston facility, which is currently under construction. FRS also recently achieved a first ore milestone at its British Hill deposit.

Led by a refreshed and experienced board, FRS is strategically expanding its footprint across the Southern Cross, Eastern Goldfields and Forrestania regions through disciplined exploration, selective acquisitions and a commitment to unlocking the broader potential of these highly prospective belts. With two processing hubs now in hand — the wholly-owned Lake Johnston facility, acquired in late CY2025, and the newly acquired Edna May plant — FRS is well positioned to accelerate its transition towards becoming a significant Western Australian gold producer. In the Southern Cross district, the Company is advancing a strategy to define significant gold resources that can support long-term development opportunities.

FRS is dedicated to creating shareholder value through systematic exploration, strong technical execution and a focused approach to growing its gold asset base across Western Australia.

We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to build our people function from scratch and help shape the kind of company Forrestania will become.

The Opportunity

As our first dedicated leader of People, Culture & Capability, you’ll report directly to the EGM Commercial & Company Secretary and own the full organisational agenda in this Perth based role. This is a rare chance to design the policies, systems and culture of a mining company from day one, without inheriting someone else’s legacy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Work alongside the executive team and senior leaders to shape people strategies that support the company’s goals.
- Lead, mentor and grow a team spanning HR advisory, industrial relations, employee relations and recruitment.
- Act as the trusted adviser on employment law, enterprise agreements, policy and people governance.
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations issues, from investigations and misconduct through to workplace conflict and performance concerns.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design and programs that build leadership capability.
- Coach leaders to handle people matters with confidence and skill.
- Build a People & Culture team known for collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in enterprise bargaining and consultation with employees, unions and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- 10 years’ HR experience in a management or senior generalist role, ideally in mining or resources.

- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards and FIFO employment practices.
- Experience establishing or scaling human resource and people divisions in a junior or growth-phase business is highly regarded.
- A hands-on, practical style; you’re as comfortable fixing a payroll issue as you are presenting to the board.
- Excellent judgement, discretion and the ability to build trust at every level.
- Willingness to travel to sites within Western Australia regularly.

What’s on offer:

- Competitive remuneration package.
- Annual short-term incentive scheme.
- Direct access to, and influence with, the executive team.
- A collaborative and supportive leadership environment.
- The autonomy to design the People and Workforce Capability function your way.
- Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities opportunities.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Real career growth as Forrestania moves into production.

Why Forrestania Resources?

- Be a founder, not a follower — join a start-up operation and shape its safety DNA from the outset
- Real autonomy — influence systems, processes, and standards at a site where your decisions genuinely matter
- Strong leadership support — work alongside a high-calibre, values-driven team that takes safety seriously
- A company on the move — Forrestania Resources is transitioning from exploration to active gold production, and this is your chance to grow with it
