With a strong pipeline of large-scale projects and a reputation for delivering complex mechanical services installations, this is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate-level engineer looking to build their site-based experience on a significant project.

The Role

We are seeking an intermediate HVAC Project Engineer to join the site team, assisting with the delivery, coordination and commissioning of mechanical services works on a major data centre project.

Working closely with the wider project team, you will gain exposure to complex HVAC installations, quality assurance processes and commissioning activities within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the project team with site-based engineering and commissioning activities.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, technical records and site reports.
- Conducting QA/QC inspections and ensuring works meet project specifications.
- Attending site meetings and coordinating with subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Identifying and helping resolve technical and construction-related site issues.




- Supporting the successful delivery of mechanical services works in line with project timelines and quality requirements.

About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

- Experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer or in a similar role within HVAC or mechanical services.
- A background in commercial HVAC installations and building services construction.
- An understanding of site-based engineering, quality assurance and construction documentation.
- Robust communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
- A proactive approach to resolving site issues and supporting project delivery.
