Role Description The Hybrid VFX Producer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing visual effects projects from planning through delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, artists, and studios; organizing production schedules; and managing resources to ensure that project milestones are met. This role involves tracking budgets, monitoring timelines, and aligning creative expectations with technical capabilities.

The Hybrid VFX Producer will review work-in-progress, support post-production workflows, and help resolve issues that may affect quality, scope,



or delivery. The position requires transparent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients, artists, and internal teams.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial oversight for VFX or related production projects.
- Proficiency in Production Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Knowledge of Post-Production workflows, pipelines, and deliverables for film, television, or digital media.
- Understanding of AI and Computer Graphics processes, terminology, and common VFX tools and pipelines.
- Previous experience in VFX production, film/TV production, or a related creative industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Familiarity with project management software and collaborative tools; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
