We're looking for an Engineer – Hydraulic Services to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of residential, mixed-use, defence and education projects across NSW.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior engineering leaders, you will support the delivery of hydraulic services designs and documentation across multiple projects, while continuing to develop your technical expertise and industry knowledge.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and project teams, assisting with design development, coordination,



BIM modelling and technical documentation from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare hydraulic services designs and documentation in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Assist with the development of concepts into DA, CC, tender and construction documentation.
- Produce engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate design information across internal and external project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain BIM models and engineering drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist with multidisciplinary design coordination and clash resolution.
- Support project delivery through documentation management and quality assurance processes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice engineering outcomes.

About You

You will be a motivated and technically capable hydraulic services professional who is looking to accelerate your career in a collaborative and quick-growing environment.

You'll bring:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in hydraulic services engineering.
- Diploma in Hydraulic Services (completed or currently being undertaken).
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Revizto (desirable).
