We are seeking a motivated and analytical ICT Analyst to join our Forrestfield Head Office team and play a key role in delivering business improvement initiatives, including the implementation and optimisation of our new Transport Management System (TMS). Based on the position description in ICT Analyst, the role supports data analysis, business process improvement, technology adoption and project delivery across transport, warehousing and administration functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Technology Manager, the ICT Analyst will work closely with operational teams, finance, ICT and external software vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver technology solutions that create real business value.

This role offers exposure to:

- Transport Management Systems (TMS)

- Business process analysis and improvement

- Power BI and business reporting

- Data analytics and operational reporting

- Telematics and fleet performance systems

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse operational, financial and fleet performance data.

- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision making.

- Support the implementation and optimisation of business systems, including our Transport Management System.

- Assist with testing, documentation and user acceptance activities.

- Gather and document business requirements.

- Map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create user documentation and training materials.

- Deliver end-user training and support.

- Work with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

- Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide analytical support for projects, business cases and operational reviews.

About You

You are a naturally curious problem solver who enjoys understanding how businesses operate and how technology can make them more efficient.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- A qualification in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Logistics, Business Analysis or a related discipline.

- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.





- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience or an interest in business systems and digital transformation.

- A willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Power BI, SQL or reporting tools.

- Exposure to ERP, TMS or Warehouse Management Systems.

- Transport, logistics or supply chain industry experience.

- Business process mapping and documentation experience.

- Experience participating in projects or software implementations.
