About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and technically minded Industrial Designer to join our team in Brunswick.

Our studio works across a diverse range of projects spanning interiors, signage, lighting, furniture and branded environments. We design everything from custom furniture and lighting installations to architectural signage and bespoke interior elements.

We're after someone who enjoys the intersection of design and making — someone who can take a creative concept and turn it into detailed, fabrication-ready documentation.

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working across different materials, scales and design disciplines.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing 3D models and technical drawings for custom furniture, lighting, signage and interior elements.
- Preparing detailed documentation and production-ready files for fabrication.
- Translating design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Working with materials, finishes, manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.




- Collaborating with our interior and graphic design teams to develop integrated design solutions.
- Assisting with graphic applications, signage layouts and environmental graphics.
- Liaising with suppliers and fabricators to resolve technical details and production requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial design, product design or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360, Rhino and Revit.
- Solid 3D modelling and technical documentation skills.
- An understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and fabrication methods.
- An interest in signage, lighting, furniture and interior environments.
- Some graphic design capability, ideally with Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to design.
