Infrastructure Engineer - ServiceNow

Cue-X is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment, configuration and ongoing operation of infrastructure for an on-premise ServiceNow environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure engineering skills and prior experience deploying ServiceNow within an on-premise environment. Kubernetes experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, configure and maintain the infrastructure supporting the ServiceNow environment.

- Support deployment activities, including environment preparation, installation, configuration, testing and transition into operation.

- Work with application, network, security and platform teams to resolve infrastructure dependencies.

- Configure and troubleshoot server, storage, networking and virtualisation components.

- Implement monitoring, logging, backup and recovery arrangements.

- Support infrastructure patching, upgrades, security hardening and performance tuning.

- Investigate incidents and resolve infrastructure availability, connectivity and performance issues.

- Develop deployment guides, technical documentation and operational runbooks.





- Contribute to automation and repeatable deployment processes.

- Support Kubernetes environments where required.

Consultant Requirements

- Active AGSVA Security Clearance.

- Australian Citizenship.

- Experience working in government, Defence or other secure enterprise environments.
